Each pack comes with three 12cm clear latex balloons filled with divine pink shimmery coloured mini confetti. 

Can only be filled with air. We recommend inflating with a balloon pump and then rubbing the balloon with your hand to create static and finally rolling the confetti around inside the balloon for the static to take effect.
